A new seed brings heavenly delight

Yesterday was a lucky day for me due to 2 happy events. One confirmed my bonding and other brought new seed to our family tree. A cute, beautiful baby girl took birth in the afternoon. She`s daughter of my eldest brother. This tiny life brought immense pleasure branded with touchy looks, soft & extreme little hands & legs, lousy but stylist facial movements (open & close mouth, lengthen & shift tongue), smiles, continuous crying and marvellous shifts involving eyes, cheeks & nose. Hardly could I resist me.

My 1st novel is in half-way

After writing 2 books (in english & distributed through amazon), 1 short story, and 2 short stories (in bangla), I`ve decided to write my 1st novel and publish on the upcoming `ekushe book fair`. Things are rolling fine, I`ve already plotted the story, made 4 main characters, more than 30 subordinate characters and main event through which all characters will enroll. I started a week ago and already finished the first half, hope to complete rest by next 4 days. I`m waiting for the sculpture made of words.

`Ekhane probesh nishedh` _ hit of this eid

Another Eid passed with boring, stupid, nonsense and irritating dramas. I heard that an idiot actor acted in only 50 dramas and all are showed by 15 chanels. However, I found 2-3 dramas that were really good. `Ekhane probesh nishedh` tops the list, its of 7 episodes, showed on DESH tv. The drama was a thriller & touchy one, 180 degree turn from other bullshiet dramas. The series based on 6 friends travel, one was missing & others were totured by ghosts, suspension revealed at final stage. I enjoyed it.

Are all lawyers characterless?

Anisul huq stood for the alleged murderers of Lokman hossain. Lokman was a very popular & honest mayor of Norsingdi, recently murderd by some AL terrorists. All accused people are closely related to top AL leaders, MPs & minister. They killed Lokman for loosing position to him. Anisul is a promising lawyer who dealt with several serious cases like `bongobondhu murder` case. He did his job with honesty & intellect. Since then I had good idea about him, though I don`t trust any lawyer. But he`s shameless.

A touchy half-misty evening of `Hemonto`

Home, sweet home. Everytime I come back to Jessore, feel something special. I went out for a walk in an evening of `Hemonto`. And the spectacular nature lashed my eyes with extra-ordinary appeal. It was little misty, not too misty to block things from vision, half-mist spread thin layer of cloth allover. The leaves of tree seemed undiscovered shed in thrilling moonlight, the moon shined over trees, looked little ghosty. The passers-by, cycles, ricksaws were passing on the road in a touchy environment.

Did Awami league make any mistake nominating Shamim Osman?

Shamim Osman and Mathematics – Part 4:

The question may arise ‘did AL mistake nominating a terrorist’. What if Ivy wins and AL’s candidate looses the election? Well, we have already discussed the mathematical factors on BD politics. Now, you know how a political party operates in our lovely country. It’s the high time to discover the inner momentum of AL.

My point of views says that Shamim is the ideal candidate for any political party. Because he has all sorts of qualities an ideal party-bend candidate should have including huge funds, terrorist army, influence over potential personnel and ability to torture opponents. Ivy is a very honest and sincere personnel. But what a party can do with honesty whereas they badly need funds and ability to eliminate opponents? Therefore, AL would never repent for their nomination. But what they will say after the election?

There can be 2 options for AL to face. One is if Ivy wins and other is if Shamim wins. Let’s disclose what would be the policy of AL after election.

1. If Ivy wins and Osman is defeated, then AL will have to play some diplomatic role. They will congratulate Ivy for her glorious victory. And on the other hand, they will console Osman. They will say to Osman that they moved all possible stones to make him win, but the vast people supported Ivy. In that case they can’t do anything, although they took great risk by supporting him against mass people’s preference. Thus, they can continue to get next financial funding, influence over the zone and mass volunteers for their political movements.

2. If Shamim wins and Ivy is defeated then everything will be in AL’s favor. The next day, Awami league will state that they are very pleased with the result and it will be a notice to those people who want to play at their own and against party decision. Ivy may have to undergo some great perils caused by Osmans and AL.

How Shamim Osman can win Narayanganj city mayor election 2011?

Shamim Osman and Mathematics – part 3:

Nasim Osman, brother of Shamim Osman and eldest son of the great Osman family declared that whatever happens Shamim will be the city mayor. The statement amused people while Ivy’s supporters fell into deep peril. The query is ‘can Shamim win’? Yes, he can win. And again mathematics play vital role here.

The Osmans may trigger some careful steps on the day of election.

1. They can employ their notorious goons to capture the remote areas where security will be less. The goons will stop people from going to vote centers. Instead, their supporters will ransack the booths and make sure that Shamim gets full vote from those zones. 10% total vote may cover this remote zone. If he wins and opponents claim unfair acts then he’ll claim that only 2-3% ransack cannot be counted for large scale election, its normal. Awami league will also state the same. And EC may ask for judgment but it will never see the light.

2. They will try to cast false vote list full of fake voters. But such tries already failed. So, they have to look for some other tricks.

3. They will bribe people of EC for 20% vote booth areas. They can either alter votes using fake votes or replace vote machines. I’m not against electronic voting, because it’s not possible to alter vote result using this machine. What Osmans will do is to buy extra vote machines bribing and cast fake votes. Finally they will replace these machines with original vote machines. The step will be triggered very secretly avoiding any sort of leakage. They can do it either by bribing presiding officer or pointing a gun to his head. Whatever happens they will make it. As there will be no trace, people will never know the secret. And Osman gets full 20% vote of the total votes. [** It may never happen, take it as a chance].

Shamim already got 30% vote ahead from other opponents. Therefore, he doesn’t need any showdown. Assume that rest 70% votes are counted honestly. And Ivy got 40% votes, let rest 30% votes split to Shamim and Toimur. Now Shamim gets the total of 45% [30% fake + 15% genuine] votes. He wins the race based on cumulative vote counts.

This is the simple mathematics.

Why did Awami League nominate Shamim Osman for Narayanganj city mayor election 2011?

Shamim Osman – part 2:

Awami league had to undergo a difficult situation when both Osman and dr. Ivy seek nomination for Narayanganj city mayor election. General people supported Ivy but top leaders preferred Osman. This scenario pushed League into a great trauma. However, Osman won the nomination despite Ivy. And again the mathematics played a vital role for the nomination. Let see how Osman won the mathematics game.

1. Shamim Osman confirmed huge financial funding for Awami league while Ivy was unable to fund big amount of money to League treasury. Osman has giant money sources through out the city, entire country and even foreign countries. So, he didn’t have any trouble to arrange the money needed for his nomination. Further it aided League to accommodate proper funding for the next general election. League need enormous funds for the upcoming general election and Osman confirmed significant amount of money for his nomination. Assume that Osman managed 10%-20% of total AL funds, and then AL doesn’t have to worry for money. Then why AL should go for Ivy?

2. Osman can support brutal power to AL. He and his terrorist army are capable of fighting, killing and damaging opponents’ properties. He has the ability to control whole city from all point of views. While Ivy is a fair and honest lady who will never tolerate such terrorist activities. AL definitely took this thing into consideration.

3. Osman can provide mass number of volunteers for political activities like meeting, procession and picketing. Assume that Hasina called for a public speech herself and Osman provided over lakhs volunteers to the place. She never has to worry for presence of mass people.

4. Osman is very good at torturing opponents. He used to torture his opponents and even washed away some people forever. Once he stopped Khaleda’s procession in Narayanganj and forced her to get rid of the place. Rumors say that he had records of murders and terrorist acts. AL surely supported this qualification.

5. Osman has potential influence over numerous organizations including business organizations, black-market syndicates, labor organizations, and student organizations and so on. His brothers are at very high positions in FBCCI, BKME and one of them is a MP. He can control the city and do whatever AL demands. Ivy cannot afford such things, thus it turned against her.

6. Osman ha significant connections with foreign lobbyists to operate for them, spread news about then in abroad and engage foreign government decision makers to favor his political party. He remained uncaught while an Interpol red alert was going on for years.

7. He is very obedient and perfect oilier. He knows how to oil his leaders. He frequently remembers top leaders names in front of public appearances and voice ‘joy-bangla’, ‘joy-bongbondhu’. These feature surely please Hasina and other top leaders. He already renamed several institutions and continues to name after top leaders choice. While Ivy really lack the qualities.

Taking all things into consideration, AL confirmed Osman’s nomination. And Ivy failed to win nomination despite her exclusive roles for general people and the city for past 8 years. She was very honest and did all sort of good works that resulted mass betterment for the people of the city. But still AL supported Osman due to the above mathematical factors.

And once again, mathematics wins in politics.

Bangladeshi politics and mathematics

Shamim Osman and Mathematics:

Shamim Osman is the selected candidate from Awami league for the election of Narayanganj city. Recently he expressed a fact about politics of our country and confessed that he is very good at mathematics. According to his speech “rajniti purotai mathematics, rajniti depend kore kisu mathematics er opor” and he claimed that BD politics is extremely abide by some mathematical factors. Good candidate, honest political morals go washed away due to these factors. I’ll explore the mathematical factors below.

Mathematics in BD politics:
Politics in Bangladesh truly depend on some mathematical factors. It needs huge funds as well as power in order to survive. If the political fields were honest and candidates were really patriotic then there would be no need for such trauma. Usual math features are –
1. Political parties need huge funds to operate and participate in elections. They need adequate funds to meet up their needs including but not limited to party equipments, house rents, organization costs, employee costs and other preparation costs. Downside of funds [massive amounts] are heavily used to organize procession, strikes, fighting, murders of opponents, hiring as well as bribing government officers, hiring foreign lobbyists, spread nasty news about opponents and so on. To do such things they need enormous money and election is the source of their funding. The candidates who take part in elections carry most costs and ambitious businessmen carry the rest. Therefore, a simple math applies for election candidates “give us money and get the nomination”.
2. Only funding is not enough for a political party. They need power as well as brutal control over areas. To gain such control, they need brutal people and gang leaders who can possess high voltage fighting squads and recruit ugly people who are adept in fighting, killing and damaging. If a political party can have such gang leaders then they are sure to control certain regions.
3. Political parties consistently need volunteer people to attend their processions and meetings. The more people arrive the more successful the program is. Media circulates the mass popularity of a party based on hired supporters and the parties become popular among the crowd. Gang leaders can supply such people either by hiring them by payments or forcing through abuse. Simple math “if you have splendid supply of people then you will win the nomination”.
4. The political parties need influence over numerous organizations including business organizations, black-market syndicates, labor organizations, student organizations and so on. If a candidate has enormous links in such fields then he must get extra advantages. Because parties will need him for their own influence and survival.
5. Political parties need foreign lobbyists to operate for them, spread news about then in abroad and engage foreign government decision makers to favor the political parties. If a candidate has links to efficient lobbyists then he must win privileges from party leaders.
6. Top leaders need followers who can oil them and carry out their orders blindly. Leaders use to calculate followers oiling capacity based on following features –
-How many roads and institutions are named after leaders’ favorite personnel’s? What’s the role of the candidate behind such naming procedures?
-How many times the candidate shows gratitude to the leaders while speaking in public?

These mathematical factors are very common in our country. Each political party that wants to cope with power must deal with the above issues successfully.

BD government raised IT frustration about Paypal gateway

Paypal was largely condemned to form so-called aristocratic zone for payment gateway supporting only 55 countries. Can you imagine, PP served only 55 countries on this earth while it possesses over 230 countries! But its true, the case was so disgusting for about 20 years.

But Paypal solved their shameless strategy recently. They expanded their payment support up to 190 countries recently. People now can enjoy their payment freedom from 190 countries

What nuts can you roll when you discover that 8th largest country is not in the list of 190 countries? Yes, that's true. PP is still restricted in BD. Although very tiny countries like Bhutan and Maldives are enlisted!! But a country having 170 million people is not in the list!!

Who nagged the but while you looked for a solution? Isn't BD government that refused PP gateway in Bangladesh? So, what can you hope from this nerd government? Rather exposing to all people BD government introduced some cheat dealers to devour freelancers' earnings.

Let's follow conversation between two important people from BD. One is 'Abul' who's a top IT consultant of BD government and other is 'Habul' who's PM's counselor.
Abul - We should resolve paypal issue.
Habul - What is paypal? Is it a new perfume?
Abul - [Laughing] No, it's a payment gateway to send & receive money online.
Habul - No, no, no online payment. You know online payment is a very dangerous thing. Hackers will devour everything.
Abul - If things are done properly then hackers have very little scope for theft.
Habul - Will they not get my naked photos with models?
Abul - No. Don't worry for that.
Habul - Ok, then I don't have problem. But why should I propose to the ministers? What will I get in return?
Abul - You won't get anything from this issue.
Habul - Then I must not do it. I never did anything without commission in my life.
Abul - Then you can do one thing. Allow only some people [dealers] who will do the payment jobs. Then you can earn big percentage from them.
Habul - Ok, done. That's good.

This is how paypal payment issues was resolved in Bangladesh.

My home joyrney duration doubled due to road disaster

Generally, Dhaka to Jessore trip takes 5-6 hours. But this time it took only 10 hours!! Just double the usual turnaround time. But still I am happy to complete the journey beyond its turnaround time.

You may ask why? Why its not bothering me while the journey should take half the time??

Let me explain the situation. The bus runs quickly, usually 60-80 Kph. But it was forced to run at 20-30 kph. You may wonder why? The answer is simple. The condition of roads were so terrific that I thanked God for not experiencing an accident. There were thousands of big holes in a few meters, repeatedly over and over. In some places the holes turn into big ditches and some places round ponds. You may swim the ponds. The roads condition was so bad that I did not expect to reach my home before 12-15 hours. But finally I reached before 10 hours.
That is really great.

Thanks to our Roads and Highway Department.

Google Adsense policy about 'iframe' review: Disaster to custom layout

I was updated about the recent changes in google Adsense policy 2 days ago. They said that they made some changes in their policies in order to provide better result. Some handy changes were there, but one update caught my sight and that's 'iframe'. They restricted the use of iframe and issued a ban on putting ads in iframes.

What is 'iframe'?
Iframe is a special frame that feeds onto a single page without creating layout troubles compared to simple 'frame'. The advanced javascript code allows users to maximize webpage potential with stunning design and layout. It highly increase the beauty of site.

Scope of iframe for ads:
But for ads, it has further usage and obviously greater significance. Bloggers or webmaster use to separate a fixed portion of page for promoting ads. And they can alter ads as necessary with a single command.
Assume that, you have 500 pages and ads are running on all of pages. Now, you want to alter ads text or banner or position or implement newer ads on the projected slots. Without iframe, you have to manually change all 500 pages to alter the ads.....Are you crazy? While using iframe, you could fix the dilemma with a single change.
Who's gonna roll 100 balls for 100 times while he can roll all once??

Google's policy is going to backfire:
Google's policy changes may trigger backfire. Bloggers would be unable to cope with this dilemma, more sufferings are coming to custom layout webmasters. They have to alter their websites and fix webpages repeatedly to obey the policy. Also, it will trigger site navigation a lot. Disaster is the only outcome for such policy.

Step down semi-hero Mushfiq

Another expected defeat from Bangladesh cricket team. Although their dampening tendency got stuck due to heavy protest from our little boy 'Mushfiqur Rahman'. When all batsmen threw their wickets for nothing, only this tiny man dared to stand.

The cashing: Zimbabwe made a total of 250, not too tough to elevate. But they made it really big compared to Bangladesh when they failed to cross the boundary of '190' in last two matches. Zimbabwe players started slowly, then began to beat and made 250 while their last 83 came of only 10 overs. In reply, Bangladesh entered the field and left [comical show] as early as possible.
Mr. A- "why did they do the mock show"?
Mr. B- "Its their characteristics. When they entered the field, they realized that they need to go toilet. So, they hurried".

Semi-hero Mushfiq: Only Mushfiq dared to protest, stood rigid against tough pace attacks. He was calm, confident and played shots when necessary. He took every ball seriously, left tight balls and hit loose balls. Thus, he made his first hundred in his career, 101 from only 99 balls. The total innings is under pressure while he didn't have any support from his teammates.
He should be the hero for the day. But tragedy didn't let him to be. While he needed only 6 runs from 5 balls he became restless and tried to pull the ball and got caught. But the fact is he had plenty 5 balls, he could wait another 4 balls to take this shot. If he stayed then definitely he would get a loose ball to beat. But, alack it didn't happen.
He failed to raise victory. That's why he is our 'semi-hero', not the 'hero'.

I'm feeling worried due to death of Tarq Masud and Mishuk Munir

Today is not a bright day, you know. The day conveys black symbol due to the loss of some great people from our community. Bangladesh will have to remember them for long because they don't have any replacements. Two great sons died today due to terrible road accident.

One is Tareq Masud, who is the leading personnel in producing pure films in Bangladesh. Hardly you can find anybody in our country who didn't hear his name. He made some immortal films and documentaries that would evolve for long long time. 'Matir moyna' is the best film made by him achieved numerous international awards.

Another one is Mishuk Munir, who is the son of our famous writer Munir Hasan. He was CEO of our first news channel ATN News. Besides, he was a media personnel working behind, enjoyed his tight schedule with camera work, journalism and photography. He acted as editor in several international newspapers and achieved high positions in international channels.

I'm deeply shocked for the loss of these two heroic sons. I hope that the whole nation is missing them.

Payment gateway troubles continue in Bangladesh

Bangladesh is highly blessed with online payment inabilities. There's no way to make any sort of online transactions through internet while you are living in Bangladesh. The dilemma triggers freelancers and free-thinking people who tend to raise their freedoms. We had been speaking of this serious trouble for long.

The government never responded to our appeals. It doesn't mean that they didn't respond because they were unable to do anything on this issue, rather they didn't because simply they didn't have any knowledge regarding online payment system. Did you hear about the joke?
A mother asked her child "do not go outside the house".
Child "why, mother"?
Mother "If you go out then ghost will eat you up".
The result was the child never left house.

The same happened for our government and central bank. They didn't intend to know about online payment procedure because they were afraid if they do so then hackers will eat them up....... Holly joke..
But this is the fact.

After about ten years I heard something progressive on this issue. I just read in daily newspaper that the Central Bank is taking steps to ease online payment in Bangladesh. They said that any freelancer or software company can seek their payments through payment gateways like Paypal via licensed dealers from Bangladesh. People who does outsourcing jobs can receive money through dealers upto $500.

A nerd stumbled on mud and thought 'yea, I landed on earth'.... Isn't it?

Let me explain the situation. From now onwards, freelancers can fetch their hard working payments through payment gateway, but they have to use a third party who will steal their payments...This so called licensed dealers will charge significant amount [10-20%] of total payment for just payment processing. If a freelancer earns $200 then he has to loose $20-$40 just for using 3rd party dealers.

Why a single user can't use his own payment solution through any payment gateway? Because, some people can't steal your money.

Facebook chat is irritating : Did you experience?

I hardly chat with anybody online. Its not because the interface doesn't please me, I don't chat just because I don't like to. The poor interacting consistency and irritating false statements make me sick. That's why I can count down how many times I sat for chat online.

But this time was very different. I had to sit for chat for my job as well as ongoing projects. So, I heavily used yahoo and google chat. But both two interfaces troubled me a lot. Yahoo forces me to download their high volume software that takes me an hour to download. On the otherhand, Google forces me to chat through only their browser, Chrome. And to download chrome it needs an hour.......

So, I didn't have much choice than to using facebook chat. For the first time, I initiated to use FB chat. And things really turned well, I didn't have to do much trouble, once I login into facebook then begin to chat with my job-mates. Things were so crystal clear until I found some serious things. Facebook chat is quite unable to relay all of your sentences simultaneously. It shows that it already transferred your statements successfully, at least the window shows up. But most frustratingly it fails to transmit your statements to other end. Your chat partner doesn't receive all of your messages, rather he/she may receive only a fraction of your messages.
This stupid interface really troubled me a lot. Then I decided to stop this dilemma and go for Skype.

Some funny shots

These snap-shots amazed me a lot.
